On behalf of Mark Simpson, VP of Offering Management for IBM Commerce and Marketing solutions, and Jeannette Barlow, VP of Offering Management for IBM Supply Chain solutions, we are excited to announce the launch of two new online user communities: the IBM Marketing and Commerce Community, and the IBM B2B Collaboration Community.

These communities are online spaces for you to connect with other marketing, customer experience, commerce, order management, managed file transfer and B2B integration professionals, using IBM Watson Marketing, IBM Watson Commerce and IBM Watson Supply Chain solutions.

These are the spaces to have an open discussion with your counterparts in the industry: those who, like you, are working with these IBM solutions day-in-and-day-out. We have started with an open community organized by solution area. Dozens of community members and IBMers volunteered as early adopters for this project. Their efforts have opened up discussions related to each of these solution areas to help the community get started.

As we watch and learn over time, we’ll adjust to where you want to take us. After all, this is all about you! So we look forward to your feedback and suggestions on how we can make the community an experience you can’t do without.
